The Role of People Business Partner

Worley Parsons is seeking a People Business Partner to join its team in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves partnering with business leaders to provide effective HR solutions that align with business objectives. The People Business Partner will offer guidance on various HR functions and support organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Advise on HR policies, processes, and employment matters in accordance with company and legal requirements.
• Analyze people data and trends to support informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with specialist HR functions to provide effective people solutions.
• Support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience of 10+ years in a People Business Partner or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR practices.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with managers and senior business leaders.
