The Role of PX Business Partner

As a PX Business Partner at Zoom, you will be instrumental in shaping people strategies that drive engagement across the EMEA region. This full-time, hybrid position involves partnering closely with leaders to translate business priorities into actionable initiatives and enhance the overall employee experience within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, organization design, and talent development to support business growth and regional priorities.
  • Drive employee engagement and inclusion initiatives, coaching managers to build psychologically safe and high-performing teams.
  • Guide leaders through performance cycles, promotions, and succession planning to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Lead organizational change programs, including restructures and reorganizations, in partnership with legal and operations teams, ensuring local compliance.
  • Collaborate across People Experience, compensation, and talent acquisition functions to deliver a joined-up employee experience throughout the full employee lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a People/HR Business Partner in a multinational environment.
  • Ability to navigate complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
  • Proven capability to lead organizational change and restructuring programs with minimal disruption.
  • Skill in interpreting people data and metrics to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Effective communication and coaching skills for leaders at all levels, delivered with clarity and empathy.
  • Working knowledge of EMEA employment legislation and regional best practices.
  • Adaptability in approaches across different cultures and employment frameworks within EMEA.
  • Proficiency in operating Workday and global HR systems to support people processes and data accuracy.
