Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales objectives consistently.
- Solicit corporate and banquet business through tailored action plans.
- Establish competitive quotes and confirm agreements through written contracts.
- Participate in conventions and promotional events to enhance visibility in the market.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts, contacts, and business activities.
- Collaborate with the Catering & Conference Service Department to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare required reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual bases.
- Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the local hotel market is essential.
- Hotel sales experience with established corporate account contacts is required.
- Competence in Microsoft Windows applications or relevant software.
- A University/College degree in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
- High accountability and reliability are crucial.
- Ability to maintain composure and courtesy while focusing on guest needs.
