The Role: Senior Structural Engineer

Worley is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for a full-time position in Al Khobar. This role involves leading structural engineering design and analysis activities for projects within the upstream and downstream oil and gas sectors. The Senior Structural Engineer will contribute to various project phases, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering design and analysis activities for upstream and downstream oil and gas projects.
• Perform and review advanced structural and dynamic analysis for complex structures and facilities.
• Develop and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical and design interfaces.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and support complex structural engineering issues.
• Support FEED, detailed engineering, construction, and site activities as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Relevant structural engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in structural design and advanced dynamic analysis.
• Extensive experience in both upstream and downstream oil and gas projects.
