The Role: Senior Civil Structural Engineer

KEO Group is seeking a Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading complex structural engineering projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design and construction management services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure program and project requirements are satisfied.
  • Ensure the delivery of contracted Design and Construction Management services to clients.
  • Manage and direct the development and maintenance of program and project schedules for all project phases, including procurement, planning, design, and construction.
  • Lead the design, analysis, and modeling of complex structural systems for various projects, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure, ensuring adherence to safety, durability, and performance standards.
  • Perform detailed structural calculations and simulations to ensure the safety, stability, and efficiency of designs under various load conditions (*, seismic, wind, live loads).
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to integrate structural systems with overall building designs and ensure coordination across all aspects of the project.
  • Offer technical support to contractors during the construction phase, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), and resolving design-related issues on-site.
  • Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs for structural work, assist in budgeting, and identify cost-effective solutions while maintaining design quality and integrity.
  • Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to present design proposals, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project objectives and progress.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience.
  • Essential experience in bridge construction.
