Role Overview

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance to join its team in Al Khobar. This full-time position involves providing specialized technical expertise to support the company's Quality program. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing improvement methodologies, and leading functional objectives within quality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical expertise in areas such as inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, and quality tools for problem-solving and assessment.
• Create inspection reports to document work area conditions and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Recommend corrective actions based on quality assessments.
• Apply knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution.
• Implement principles of performance evaluation and prediction methods to enhance product systems safety, reliability, and maintainability.
• Maintain the quality standard of products, procedures, and materials within the scope of work.
• Align the quality management function with the performance needs of various product lines.
• Manage the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to managers or professional staff within multiple related disciplines or sub-groups.
• Participate in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Demonstrated accountability for the performance and results of multiple related disciplines or sub-groups within a function.
• Proven ability to provide leadership and direction to managers or professional staff.
• Experience in developing functional strategy and managing global processes and procedures is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role operates under broad direction, requiring a high degree of autonomy and leadership in managing quality assurance functions.
