The Role of Home Business Coordinator

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Home Business Coordinator for a full-time position in Al Qassim, Qassim Region. This role is suitable for healthcare graduates with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to begin or advance their careers in a patient-focused environment. The Home Business Coordinator will provide essential support to home patients, nurses, and the commercial team, serving as a primary point of contact for colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate home care service requests and patient deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with patients, nurses, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
• Support commercial and operational activities related to home healthcare services.
• Prepare quotations, reports, and business documentation.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely processing and follow-up.
• Manage customer and product information within SAP.
• Provide administrative and after-sales support to patients and customers.
• Track team performance and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience, suitable for healthcare graduates.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate schedules and deliveries.
• Proficiency in managing documentation and information.
