About the Production Manager Role

Ahmed Al Sulaiman Al Bahouth Furniture Establishment is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of its custom furniture and interior production facility in Al Qassim. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional to manage all aspects of factory production.

Core Responsibilities

The Production Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the factory floor. Key duties include:

• Overseeing all daily factory operations, workflows, and maintaining strict quality control for custom furniture pieces.
• Managing and scheduling the factory labor force, including carpenters, painters, and technicians, to maximize productivity.
• Handling all aspects of material procurement, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control to prevent production delays.
• Planning and executing production timelines to ensure client projects are completed on schedule.
• Coordinating the logistics of incoming raw materials and the safe transport and delivery of finished products.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production or Factory Manager within a high-end furniture manufacturing or interior joinery factory.
• A minimum of 0 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to effectively manage labor teams and procurement processes.
• Excellent skills in scheduling, multitasking, and problem-solving.
• A deep understanding of furniture production processes and materials.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Al Qassim. The offered salary range is SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625 per month.
