Project Manager

About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Al Qassim, Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects from planning through implementation. The role requires a strong focus on project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress and performance, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and external third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, reporting and escalating to management as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project objectives are met and costs are efficient.
• Provide regular reports on project progress and performance.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project issues, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Compliance and Standards

The Project Manager is responsible for informing themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures in place within Hill International. Continuous compliance with these requirements is essential throughout employment with Hill International. The role also involves performing other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Project Manager position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management.
