Job Description
About the Role
Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Management Engineer to join their team in Al Qassim, Al Qasim. This full-time role involves supporting the comprehensive lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to implementation and compliance, within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, implementation, and compliance.
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and project management, to ensure contract terms align with company policies and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Monitor and track contract deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Identify and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular contract audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
- Prepare and present reports on contract performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract management to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Ensure continued compliance with relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts management or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex contract lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing contract terms and identifying risks.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to monitor deliverables, milestones, and deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving skills for resolving contract-related issues and disputes.
- Strong organizational skills for conducting audits and preparing performance reports.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Al Qassim, Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. The role requires adherence to Hill International's quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health policies.
