Job Overview: Project Manager – Civil or Architectural Engineer

Art Creator مبدع الفن is seeking a Project Manager with a background in Civil or Architectural Engineering. This full-time role is based in Al Qatif, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia, and involves overseeing diverse finishing, decoration, and artistic installation projects from planning to final delivery. The successful candidate will coordinate with design, production, manufacturing, and procurement departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects and supervise implementation from requirements reception to final delivery.
• Develop implementation plans and define project resource, material, and labor needs.
• Monitor various finishing and installation works, ensuring their integration and sequential execution.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and approved specifications.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address any challenges affecting workflow.
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors when necessary.
• Prepare periodic reports for the Production Manager and senior management on project progress, costs, and challenges.
• Monitor the application of occupational safety requirements at work sites.
• Follow up on technical observations, close them, and complete handover and delivery procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and supervision of execution.
• Required experience in implementing and managing diverse finishing works, including architectural, interior, and exterior finishes.
• Good knowledge of finishing materials, implementation methods, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in manufacturing projects, installations, and custom decorations is a plus.
• Professional Project Management (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.

Required Skills

• Ability to prepare and manage project timelines and monitor execution progress.
• Proficiency in budget and cost management, tracking deviations, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to read engineering and technical drawings, understand specifications, and execution requirements.
• Coordination skills between design, production, manufacturing, procurement, and site teams.
• Risk management and efficient resolution of field problems.
• Effective leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Proficiency in using Odoo or similar systems for project management and tracking is preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 7,000 to 10,000 Saudi Riyals. The final offer will be determined based on the personal interview, candidate experience, and competencies.
