Civil Engineer

About the Role

Green Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a civil engineering background to lead construction projects from mobilization through to handover. This full-time, on-site position is based in Jeddah, Mecca Al-Mukarramah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on ensuring project delivery on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards, with a particular emphasis on concrete and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
• Manage and supervise concrete works, encompassing formwork, reinforcement, pouring, and curing.
• Oversee finishing works such as plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum, joinery, and facades.
• Prepare and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with the design team, technical office, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Track project progress, report to management, and implement corrective actions for delays.
• Enforce quality control and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all sites.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction through to final handover.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven hands-on experience in concrete and finishing works.
• Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Solid knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred for this role.
