Hyatt Place is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the opening of its new property in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to establishing and maintaining high operational standards for the hotel's food and beverage outlets. Hyatt Place AlUla will feature 215 guestrooms, two distinct food and beverage outlets, meeting spaces, a swimming pool, and a fitness center, catering to both leisure and business travelers.

Role Overview

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work directly with the Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations. The primary focus of this position is to ensure efficient service delivery, uphold exceptional standards of guest satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant's operational framework within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the comprehensive management of daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise restaurant staff, including providing support for scheduling and team coordination.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen personnel and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any operational issues promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels, service quality, and overall operational efficiency to optimize performance.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Assistant Restaurant Manager position are required to have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory capacity within the hospitality sector. A demonstrated ability to manage daily operations and lead a service team is essential for this role.
