Musanadah Facility Manager AlUla

About the Role

Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Company (Alturki Holding) is seeking a Facility Manager for Musanadah in Al Ula. This full-time role involves leading the delivery of integrated facilities management services across Musanadah's sites, focusing on operational excellence, contract compliance, and client satisfaction. The Facility Manager will oversee maintenance programs, manage multidisciplinary teams, control budgets, and ensure adherence to HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated FM services across assigned sites, ensuring consistent service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee planned preventive and reactive maintenance programs using the CAFM system to maintain asset reliability and extend their lifecycle.
• Drive contract performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing regular performance reports and improvement plans to the client.
• Lead, develop, and manage in-house teams and subcontractors to ensure appropriate staffing and skills are available to meet operational needs.
• Manage operating budgets and cost control, and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all site operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a Facilities Management-related field.
• At least 7 years of facilities management experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a manager on Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts, in hospitality, or on large mixed-use or giga-projects.
• A professional FM certification (IFMA FMP/CFM or IWFM) is preferred.
