Talent Acquisition Specialist Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island

About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the pre-opening team for the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea. This full-time position is based in Umluj and Al Wajh, Saudi Arabia. The specialist will be instrumental in attracting, selecting, and hiring talent for the successful launch and ongoing operations of the resort, reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various departments.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives both locally and internationally.
• Manage all job postings, candidate tracking, and hiring processes through Workday (WD).
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and compliance documentation.
• Support pre-employment processes, including offer management, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
• Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with recruitment software, specifically Workday (WD), is required.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position. The role requires flexibility to support recruitment events, interviews, and pre-opening timelines as needed.
