About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Bishah, Qal‘at Bīshah, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to sales operations. The role primarily involves selling company products, cultivating strong customer relationships, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales strategies within an assigned territory.

Core Responsibilities

• Sell the company's full range of products to assigned customers within the designated area.
• Ensure the proper implementation of planograms to optimize product display.
• Prepare all necessary documents for the call cycle or business review prior to market visits.
• Present customer orders to the team leader and daily collections to the distributor or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products, if applicable, and obtain superior approval before actual return.

Customer and Market Engagement

• Provide feedback on competitor activities observed within the assigned sales area.
• Detect and report potential new customers in the area to the team leader.
• Actively sell to all potential customers identified.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the sales team leader.
• Review customer account reconciliations on a quarterly basis and secure customer signatures or approvals.

Sales Operations and Reporting

• Issue special order requests as needed to meet customer demands.
• Collect invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
• Report any unresolvable problems or objections encountered to the team leader for assistance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of a High School degree is required.
• 0-1 years of professional experience in a sales-related field.

Work Environment

This role requires travel and mobility as per operational requirements within the assigned area. The Sales Executive will operate primarily in the field, engaging directly with customers and managing sales activities.
