We are seeking a dedicated individual to be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting hemodialysis patients with diverse backgrounds. This role offers training to enhance your professional development and clinical skills while providing quality care.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective psychosocial support, health promotion, and lifestyle management.
  • Implementing and monitoring a comprehensive social care program for patients, including screening, assessment, and intervention.
  • Adhering to international standards in patient care and satisfaction, promoting quality of life.
  • Following Diaverum's policies and procedures, as well as local regulatory requirements.

Skills required:
  • Certified Social Worker by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of clinical experience, especially in renal, diabetes, or hypertension care, are favorable.
  • Fluency in Arabic and basic English is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
