About the Role

***** Clinic is seeking a Medical Sector Supervisor to oversee operations in Buraydah, Al Qasim. This full-time role involves managing daily clinic activities, ensuring compliance with medical standards, and contributing to operational planning and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including nursing services, medical equipment maintenance, task allocation, and resolution of operational issues.
• Develop operational and workforce plans for physicians, specialists, nursing staff, and administrative personnel, submitting them to management.
• Prepare annual budget estimates for clinics, nursing, and maintenance, and monitor performance against approved targets.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare periodic reports, and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Monitor nursing service quality and ensure staff compliance with approved policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, health, and safety standards across clinics.
• Follow up on medical error complaints and related investigations, and oversee patient services and insurance operations.
• Plan medical equipment procurement and replacement, supervise preventive maintenance, and approve maintenance requests.
• Protect the company’s contractual rights with manufacturers, including warranties and spare parts.
• Follow up on licenses and permits with relevant government authorities.
• Develop orientation and training programs for new employees, evaluate team performance, and identify training needs.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in the medical sector. The role requires a professional who can manage complex operations and ensure high standards of service and compliance.
