• Job Summary:
  The Nutritionist will develop and review product formulations, ensure compliance with nutritional labeling, support health-related claims, and contribute to overall product innovation.
• Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Develop and analyze nutritional content for new and existing food products.
  • Create accurate nutrition labels in compliance with regulations.
  • Review ingredient specifications ensuring alignment with health claims.
  • Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and marketing for product development.
  • Monitor food science trends and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure products meet nutritional standards and dietary requirements.
  • Conduct nutritional audits and assist in product certifications.
  • Train staff on nutrition-related guidelines.
  • Support inquiries related to nutrition data or claims.
• Requirements:
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing or a similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of food labeling regulations.
  • Proficient with nutrition analysis software.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  • Experience with functional foods or fortified products.
  • Knowledge of global food safety standards.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle from concept to market.
