We are looking for a talented candidate to make our recruitment process more efficient and effective. In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Setting policies and plans for selecting recruitment methods and means.
  • Developing recruitment procedures and programs and analyzing information for each candidate.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information and completing necessary documents and records.
  • Exchanging information and coordinating recruitment-related processes.
  • Preparing and maintaining recruitment-related documents and reports.

Required Qualifications:
The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following specializations:
  • English Language Education
  • General English
  • English Language and Translation
  • Accounting Information Systems
  • Management Information Systems

Preferred Certifications: Human Resource Management (HRM) Certification, or (PHRi) Professional in Human Resources- International.
Required Skills: Including recruitment of individuals, research, report preparation, workforce planning, and information validation.
