An administrative assistant is required to work in a prestigious company, where the ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in administrative support with full proficiency in both Arabic and English. The candidate should possess high organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure, with mastery of Microsoft Office programs. Main tasks: • Organizing and coordinating appointments, meetings, and agendas • Preparing and coordinating reports and official correspondence • Managing phone calls and emails • Filing and organizing documents and files • Following up on various administrative transactions • Providing logistical support for events and meetings • Coordinating with different departments within the organization.
