Veolia | Water Tech is seeking an experienced Application Engineer CSM to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position requires over 10 years of relevant experience and involves providing specialized technical support and solutions for water treatment applications, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports and treatment proposals.
• Conduct and master water analysis tests, providing input during the commissioning stage and ongoing customer service in compliance with the Application Quality Plan.
• Provide services and assist customers with problem-solving support regarding their products, applications, and solutions.
• Deliver on-site field service and over-the-phone or on-site assistance.
• Perform site surveys and product, application, or system audits.
• Advise clients on results obtained from sampling, establish and meet customer needs when adjusting treatment programs, and ensure satisfactory plant performance.
• Recommend potential upgrades and improvements that the company can provide.
• Manage chemical preparation and dosing at client sites.
• Supervise chemical cleaning and disinfecting operations, carry out on-site chemical inventory, and ensure timely submission of purchase orders by clients and prompt deliveries.
• Maintain all standard equipment and reagents for laboratory and field analysis work, prepare site/field analysis reports, and keep meticulous records of all tests.
• Execute any other work-related duties as directed by the Chemical Business Manager- Western Province or their designee.

• Review safety moments, alerts, and other information shared by the HSE Team.
• Inform the safety team before visiting any site, factory, or warehouse to ensure proper induction, LMRA preparation, and necessary PPE.
• Maintain office safety by organizing files, keeping drawers closed, securing electrical cables, reporting damaged electrical components, and ensuring a clean workspace.
• Report any stress, fatigue, harassment, or bullying at the workplace to HR/HSE.
