About the Assistant Professor of HR Role

Alasala Colleges is seeking a qualified and motivated academic professional to join the College of Business as an Assistant Professor of HR for the upcoming academic year. This is a full-time position focused on contributing to the academic mission of the college through teaching, research, and institutional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching undergraduate courses within the College of Business.
• Conducting scientific research and contributing to academic publications.
• Providing academic advising and support to students.
• Participating in curriculum development and academic committees.
• Contributing to quality assurance and accreditation activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A PhD degree in a Business-related discipline from an accredited university.
• Strong English language proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Previous university teaching experience.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• A background in research and academic publication is preferred.
• Experience with NCAAA standards and academic quality assurance is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated strong communication, presentation, and academic skills.
