Bulldozer Operator

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Bulldozer Operators to join a leading Saudi group in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position within the heavy equipment operations of an organization with over 40 years of experience and more than 4,000 employees. The group operates across construction, heavy equipment, transportation, logistics, and industrial services, supporting major projects throughout Saudi Arabia.

Role Context

As part of its continued growth and investment in operational capabilities, the group is looking to strengthen its team with skilled Saudi equipment operators. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and high-quality work in heavy equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate bulldozers for earthmoving, grading, levelling, and site preparation activities.
• Perform soil pushing, spreading, backfilling, and ground clearance operations.
• Operate equipment effectively across different ground and site conditions.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance checks.
• Identify and report equipment faults or operational issues.
• Follow site HSE requirements, operating procedures, and supervisor instructions.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
