Control and Digitalization Project Manager (Excellent Opportunity for Saudi Nationals)

About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking a Control and Digitalization Project Manager to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves leading Control & Digital Instrumentation (I&C) and Electrical projects for gas power generation customers. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact, delivering technical solutions, managing project execution, and ensuring compliance with quality, budget, and schedule requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for Saudi Nationals with 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Control, Digital Instrumentation (I&C), and Electrical projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through completion.
• Manage long-term maintenance contracts (LTPs), technical revisions, troubleshooting activities, and system upgrade projects while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule targets.
• Act as the primary customer interface, developing tailored technical solutions, strengthening client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue additional business opportunities within existing projects to support growth and create added value.
• Oversee project controlling, reporting, resource planning, cost management, invoicing, and the integration of digitalization and cybersecurity initiatives.

About the Team

The role is part of the Gas Services division, which focuses on low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. The team manages zero or low emission power generation, including all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators. Decarbonization opportunities are pursued through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
