Role Overview

The Deputy Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the company's financial and accounting functions. This position involves ensuring compliance, managing financial reporting, and contributing to the development of robust financial policies and internal controls. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising and guiding the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review comprehensive financial reports and statements.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial variances against established plans.
• Manage cash flow effectively and monitor expenses.
• Ensure full compliance with tax and Zakat obligations.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support the Finance Manager in financial planning and strategic decision-making processes.
• Supervise and manage the finance team, fostering a productive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising financial and accounting operations.
• Proven ability to prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cash flow management, and expense monitoring.
• Knowledge of tax and Zakat regulations and compliance.
• Experience in developing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
