EHS Professional

About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced and safety-focused EHS Professional to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves supporting Oil & Gas and industrial projects, with a focus on maintaining EHS compliance and performance. The position requires over 10 years of practical experience in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and daily safety briefings.
• Prepare risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses.
• Support Permit-to-Work administration and monitoring.
• Implement lockout/tagout requirements during Oil & Gas outage activities.
• Report and investigate incidents and near misses.
• Maintain EHS documentation, registers, and records.
• Prepare EHS reports, statistics, and KPI updates.
• Coordinate PPE, safety supplies, and emergency equipment inspections.
• Conduct internal audits and site inspections.
• Support EHS awareness, engagement, and training activities.
• Manage chemical safety and emergency preparedness.
• Apply Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles.
• Manage and share lessons learned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• More than 10 years of practical experience supporting Oil & Gas and industrial projects in the Middle East.
• An engineering degree or a recognized three-year diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Experience in Rotating Equipment Projects.
• Sound knowledge of GCC regulatory requirements and international standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OSHA requirements.
