About the Role

MM Management Consultant is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician JIS to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region, KSA. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of industrial machinery within the fence and steel angle tower manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive electrical maintenance on a range of industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems associated with CNC machines and various manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and conveyor systems.
• Ensure the continuous and safe operation of equipment critical to fence, steel fabrication, and angle tower manufacturing processes.

Required Equipment Expertise

Candidates must possess hands-on experience with the electrical maintenance of the following equipment:

• CNC Angle Line Machines
• CNC Plate Drilling/Punching Machines
• CNC Beam Processing Machines
• Angle Tower Manufacturing Machines
• Sand/Shot Blasting Machines
• Powder Coating Plant (Booth, Oven, Conveyor)
• Chain Link Fence Machines
• Welded Mesh Machines
• Barbed Wire & Razor Wire Machines
• Air Compressors
• Hydraulic Systems
• MIG/TIG Welding Machines
• Motors, Gearboxes, VFDs, PLCs, Sensors, and Conveyors

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of dedicated maintenance experience in fence, steel fabrication, angle tower manufacturing, or comparable heavy manufacturing industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in the electrical maintenance of industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Proficiency in maintaining electrical systems for CNC machines and various manufacturing equipment.
• Practical experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and conveyors.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a heavy manufacturing environment, specifically focused on the production of fence and steel angle towers.
