We invite you to become part of the Sheraton family located at the Sheraton Dammam Hotel & Convention Centre. As an Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless events and exceptional guest experiences at our venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet group coordinators/hosts prior to events, ensuring all arrangements meet their expectations.
  • Analyze the banquet event order to gather important information regarding guest needs and event setup.
  • Respond to and fulfill special event arrangements.
  • Adhere to all safety, security policies, and procedures while reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold company standards in guest interactions.
  • Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and work towards common goals.
  • Perform physical tasks such as set up and breakdown of events, lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving service-related issues.
  • Coordinate daily shipping schedules, dispatching, pickups, and deliveries to ensure operational accuracy.
