Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests upon arrival and provide tickets promptly.
- Park and return guest cars efficiently within 5 minutes of request.
- Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services and address guest inquiries.
- Conduct effective handover of duties with colleagues.
- Ensure cleanliness at the entrance and throughout the hotel.
- Forward guest complaints or problems to superiors.
- Safeguard all guest car keys and record every parked vehicle.
- Establish good public relations with guests.
- Maintain effective transportation flow for airport crews, if applicable.
- Display politeness and courtesy towards clients and colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience:We seek candidates with previous experience in a similar hospitality position. A valid driving license is required, along with a good command of written and spoken English.
