Executive Director of Sales & Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Marketing and Sales Director to join شركة الكوثر العذب للمياه المعبأه. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth and expand the customer base within the bottled water industry across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies.
• Lead and manage teams to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Drive business growth and expand the customer base in the Saudi Arabian market.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience, with direct experience in the bottled water industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, including its sales and distribution channels.
• An established customer base and strong business relationships within the industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.
• Proven experience in leading teams and achieving sales and growth targets.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position starts from SAR 15,000, in addition to commissions linked to performance and target achievement.

Work Location

This role is based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.
