Eventive Production is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership. This role involves a variety of key responsibilities that are crucial for the smooth operation of our executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries, etc.).
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure data privacy.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and support executive-level events and meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and briefings.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
