In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive executive secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Meticulously typing, proofreading, and dispatching outgoing correspondence to maintain the highest standards.
  • Prioritizing and reviewing incoming mail for the General Manager.
  • Coordinating internal departments for smooth operations and preparing letters with professionalism.
  • Maintaining an organized filing system and accurately recording minutes during meetings.
  • Managing all calls and appointments for the General Manager.
  • Ensuring timely administration of Duty Manager Reports and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Complying with health, safety, and environmental policies to safeguard guests and colleagues.
