Field IT Support Engineer

About the Role

TECEZE is seeking a Field IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience in IT support, focusing on field operations and end-user device management.

Role Overview

The Field IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support directly to end-users and managing various IT infrastructure components. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and coordination with vendors to ensure smooth IT operations across different environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide field IT support and troubleshoot end-user devices.
• Perform break-fix support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Manage hardware replacements and coordinate with OEM/warranty providers.
• Conduct asset management activities, including tagging, imaging, and GAMS-related tasks.
• Oversee depot and stock management.
• Offer Smart Hands support for engineering and lab environments.
• Provide support for network, LAN/WAN, and connectivity issues.
• Support conference room, AV, and VVIP setups.
• Deliver Smart Hands support for server rooms and network infrastructure.
• Manage local printer support.
• Handle incident and service request management.
• Coordinate with vendors and provide dispatch-site support.
• Offer on-site support for cybersecurity and vulnerability-related issues.
• Develop and maintain Knowledge Articles, SOPs, and site-specific documentation.
• Provide VIP support and manage critical incidents.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Proven experience in field IT support and end-user device troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage hardware break-fix and asset management tasks.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence to provide direct IT support and manage various technical operations.
