Field Service Representative

About the Role

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Field Service Representative for its Energy Services group. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and involves working with Sales Representatives to execute service plans for strategic district accounts. The role focuses on delivering contractual services, providing problem-solving support to customers, and building strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives for strategic district accounts, ensuring the execution of customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.
• Assist Sales Representatives with plant surveys for prospective customers.
• Support Sales Representatives during the start-up of new applications for both existing and new accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic district accounts where service support is provided to other District Sales Representatives.
• Offer technical support to customers, identifying and resolving issues, and escalating as necessary.
• Engage in problem-solving through system analysis, data interpretation, and providing written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
• Perform support services including sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management, and general labor activities.
• Actively support Nalco Champion innovations and technology within strategic district accounts.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot technical jobs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage a monthly schedule independently.
• Capacity for possible travel within the assigned sales territory.
