One of the leading entities in the food sector announces the availability of a job vacancy for the position of Product Development Chef
Location: Eastern Province - Dammam

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Culinary Arts

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and develop new high-quality recipes inspired by Saudi heritage that match customer tastes.
  • Conduct cooking tests and improve recipes to meet market needs and quality standards.
  • Analyze and direct markets based on feedback to ensure product quality and acceptance.
  • Train kitchen teams on preparation methods and new recipes.
  • Provide technical suggestions for product development according to food safety standards and health regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience of no less than 5 years in hot kitchens, including significant experience in the Saudi market kitchen.
  • High ability to innovate and develop products and recipes with modern flavors and diverse techniques.
  • Strong familiarity with market trends and Saudi consumer tastes, and data analysis skills.
  • The ability to work in a multicultural environment and excellent leadership and training skills.
  • Proficiency in working under pressure and delivering exceptional quality at all stages of product development.
