About the Role

Al Kuhaimi Group is seeking an Infor Manufacturing / CPQ Specialist to join its ERP team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience who possess strong hands-on experience with Infor Cloud Suite Industrial Enterprise (CSI/LN/M3) Manufacturing modules and Infor CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).

Role Overview

The specialist will be responsible for supporting the implementation, optimization, and business process improvements related to Infor Manufacturing and CPQ solutions. This role involves analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective system solutions to enhance operational efficiency across various departments within the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Infor Manufacturing and CPQ solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure product models, rules, pricing, workflows, and BOMs within Infor CPQ.
• Support Manufacturing, Production Planning, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain processes.
• Work closely with business users during workshops, CRPs, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, user documentation, and deliver end-user training.
• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Product Configuration, BOMs, Routings, Production Planning, and Engineering Change Management.

Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. Experience with Infor Cloud Suite implementations is highly preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role. Prior experience in manufacturing industries is considered a strong advantage.

This full-time position is based in Dammam, located in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia.
