About the Role

Dana Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a Lifeguard to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position is suitable for recreation professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are motivated to advance their careers. The Lifeguard is responsible for monitoring the swimming area to ensure safety, prevent accidents, and provide assistance to swimmers as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor activities in the swimming area to prevent accidents.
• Caution swimmers regarding unsafe areas and enforce safety regulations.
• Rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer first aid.
• Provide emergency care and treatment until the arrival of emergency medical services.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in swimming areas, including the pool deck.
• Determine the chlorine content and pH value of water using a testing kit.
• Regularly check the pool temperature to ensure it meets set standards.
• Ensure sun loungers are clean, correctly positioned, and in working order.
• Ensure umbrellas are properly fixed to their units and tied down for safety when not in use.
• Conduct or officiate swimming meets and provide swimming instructions.
• Maintain full knowledge of the club’s facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.
