Musanadah IT Team Lead

About the Role

Musanadah is seeking an IT Team Lead to manage the organization's cloud architecture, endpoint, identity, and IT infrastructure across all business entities. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and involves directly leading the IT Support team. The role combines hands-on cloud engineering with people leadership to drive strategic IT initiatives that build organizational capability and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern the organization's cloud architecture, including tenant design, identity management, access governance, and licensing across all business entities.
• Lead cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, including security tooling and monitoring, to strengthen IT resilience and meet regulatory standards.
• Administer ERP user access, security roles, and licensing, and support rollouts across functional modules.
• Design and maintain network architecture and hosting infrastructure to support new business systems and digital initiatives.
• Lead the IT Support team's workload, ticket queues, and performance, and act as the technical escalation point for infrastructure, systems, and security.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT leadership and cloud engineering roles.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern region. The role requires active leadership of the IT Support team and collaboration across various business entities.
