About the Role

MM Management Consultant is seeking an OE Sales Manager to lead and expand Original Equipment sales for Centrifugal Pumps in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Dammam and requires a candidate with a strong technical background in rotating equipment and proven sales leadership in industrial projects.

Role Overview

The OE Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of API 610 Centrifugal Pumps, focusing on key industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and coordinating project efforts to achieve sales targets and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for API 610 centrifugal pumps.
• Identify and target new customers, markets, and applications in alignment with company objectives.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market share growth.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions with EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and end-users.
• Monitor and manage long-cycle sales processes, including tendering, RFQs, technical clarifications, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major end-users and static accounts in the region.
• Conduct regular customer visits, technical presentations, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with application engineering, proposal, execution, and service teams to ensure timely delivery of quotations and project commitments.
• Support contract execution by ensuring proper handover and involvement during critical stages.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 15 years of relevant experience in rotating equipment, specifically centrifugal pumps.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior sales role.
• In-depth knowledge of OEMs, engineering standards, and specifications (API 610).
• Experience with OEMs such as Sulzer, Flowserve, ITT, KSB, Trillum Pumps, or Sundyne is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and the MS Office suite.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular interaction with clients and internal teams across various departments.
