Qualifications

• Proficient in Administrative Assistance
• Strong Analytical Skills, including problem-solving and data analysis
• Effective Communication skills for interaction with clients and team members
• Basic knowledge of Finance and budgeting processes
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage

• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, and hiring).
• Prepare, renew, and terminate employment contracts in compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
• Manage payroll-related activities, allowances, deductions, and leave records.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.
• Coordinate with government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Balady, chamber of commerce, Saudi Business Center).
• Support performance evaluation processes and employee development plans.
• Prepare HR reports and submit them to management.
• Handle employee complaints and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
• Proficiency in Odoo HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and within a team.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify customer needs and present customized technical solutions.
• Provide on-site technical support and prepare proposals and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets by exploring business opportunities.

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in sales strategy and achieving sales goals.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and present customized solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with industrial, infrastructure, or power systems sectors (advantageous).
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
