TASNEE, a prominent Saudi Arabian petrochemical company, is seeking a dedicated Operator III Offline Job, specifically a Primary Slitter Operator, to join its team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

The Primary Slitter Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of the main slitter machine. The core objective is to consistently meet production targets and maintain quality standards as per customer requirements. This role demands full control over all main slitter machine activities, ensuring strict adherence to established standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Load mill rolls onto the slitter, set up the machine, and load paper cores (cut to proper sizes) according to the production plan.
• Ensure the correctness of every setup as specified by the Slitter Job Order to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Operate the slitter machine effectively while strictly adhering to all safety standards.
• Inspect and monitor the quality of rolls being slitted, then place them in designated areas for appropriate actions.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) checks as per slitted roll specifications, both during and after the completion of slitting.

Operational Duties and Reporting

• Conduct visual inspections, including winding quality and the overall appearance of the produced roll.
• Test and record the roll hardness using a Test Hammer.
• Unload slitted rolls and transport them to the packing area or other designated areas for semi-finished goods.
• Issue labels for produced rolls and accurately enter production data into the production Oracle / Bonfanti System Application.
• Record production data (input/output details), prepare shift reports, and maintain a comprehensive logbook of shift slitting activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness of both the Slitter machine and the surrounding slitter area.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in operating slitter machines or similar production equipment within a manufacturing environment.
