The Role of Procurement Specialist

We are seeking Saudi National Procurement Specialists to join the organization in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves supporting procurement activities across the business, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. The objective is to ensure that requirements are delivered effectively, commercially, and in accordance with company standards. This position offers an opportunity for long-term career development within a large and established Saudi organization, providing exposure to a diverse business environment and potential for progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end procurement activities.
• Source, evaluate, and engage suppliers.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations and commercial proposals.
• Support supplier negotiations and commercial evaluations.
• Prepare purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and outstanding orders.
• Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records.
• Support procurement governance, policies, and approval processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and supplier performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi National.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage procurement activities effectively.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation

The salary for this position is SAR 10,425 per month, in addition to standard company benefits.
