The Role

AECOM is seeking a Procurement Specialist IV for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves performing advanced to complex tasks within the procurement field, operating under very general direction. The specialist is responsible for purchasing supplies and services from vendors while adhering to company standards and specifications, ensuring the lowest possible cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Analyzing quotes from various vendors.
• Selecting appropriate vendors based on company criteria.
• Scheduling and expediting deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
• Following up on invoices to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to perform advanced to complex procurement tasks independently.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and cost-saving strategies.
