About the Role

Project Context

The Project Manager will oversee a large-scale development in Dammam. This comprehensive project includes various components such as residential units, retail spaces, and other essential development elements. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the project's successful execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle from initial planning stages through construction and final handover.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and various internal stakeholders.
• Monitor critical project aspects including schedule adherence, budget allocation, quality standards, risk mitigation, and milestone achievement.
• Ensure that all project deliverables align with approved designs, specifications, and overall project requirements.
