Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT.
• Strong understanding of IT products and industry trends.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, all while representing Siemens Energy at industry events to position us as the preferred solution provider.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Develop and execute the sales strategy in KSA: Drive the formulation and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy for compressor service business or industrial Gas Turbine business in Oil and Gas Sector in Saudi.
• Compressor market analysis or Industrial Gas Turbine market analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Client relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, and other relevant internal stakeholders.
• Sales forecasting and reporting: Track all opportunity, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and generate regular reports for management.
• Collaborative approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Represent Siemens Energy: Represent Siemens Energy at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of direct experience in the Oil & Gas, chemical, or petrochemical industry.
• Technical knowledge of compressor portfolios and industrial gas turbines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
