About the Role:
Join Almarai as a Sales Supervisor and help us achieve our growth objectives. As a Sales Supervisor, your mission will be to optimize the sales and distribution of our extensive product range in your designated area while adhering to company policies and maintaining high sales ethics standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and review targets for salesmen regularly to meet sales and growth objectives.
  • Commence new routes and review existing coverage to optimize resources.
  • Conduct route rides and field assessments for all salesmen in your area.
  • Perform route audits and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Report product complaints with vigilant checks during market coverage.
  • Plan and implement in-store promotions.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma Certificate (preference for a bachelor’s degree) and have 2+ years of supervisory experience in van sales environments. Additionally, strong verbal and written communication skills in English, a good knowledge of MS Office applications, and a valid driving license are necessary. Key competencies include supervisory management skills, numerical and analytical abilities, customer focus, and team leadership skills.
