Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate governance and legal requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of Corporate Governance documents and related policies.
- Follow regulatory changes and assess their implications on WARAQ.
- Prepare critical documents and participate in the annual reporting process.
- Interact with shareholders, providing essential company information and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the finance department to support accurate financial reporting.
- Organize investor meetings and participate in earnings calls, presenting financial information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in English.
- Proficient in office productivity software and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
