We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage and communicate business-related information crucial to our operations. This role involves organizing board meetings, ensuring compliance, and maintaining relations with our investors while contributing to the long-term strategic planning of our company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate governance and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of Corporate Governance documents and related policies.
  • Follow regulatory changes and assess their implications on WARAQ.
  • Prepare critical documents and participate in the annual reporting process.
  • Interact with shareholders, providing essential company information and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance department to support accurate financial reporting.
  • Organize investor meetings and participate in earnings calls, presenting financial information.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Proficient in office productivity software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
