About the Role
PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd is seeking a Senior Analyst Crewing to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role serves as the Crewing Officer and primary point of contact for international crew across the POSH Saudi fleet, focusing on end-to-end crewing operations and activities.
Crew Operations Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Crew Managers and Crew Head to ensure crew line-up availability according to vessel schedules.
- Prepare and arrange documents for Aramco submissions (PAL / FAL).
- Verify that all joining crew possess valid documents, certificates, and training in compliance with company, flag state, and charterer requirements.
- Ensure crew hold valid visas, work passes, Aramco IDs, and other necessary permits for vessel joining.
- Manage the full crew mobilization cycle, including sign-on and sign-off activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating and maintenance of crew profiles and documentation in the COMPAS crew management system.
- Liaise with agents and shore teams to conduct pre-joining briefings for Indian and international crew.
- Coordinate with the Payroll Team (CRAC) to ensure prompt and accurate payment of balance wages and crew claims.
- Arrange repatriation flights for all off-signing crew through COMPAS.
- Perform other crewing-related duties as assigned by the Business Unit and Function Head.
Crew Engagement and Administrative Duties
- Conduct crew briefing and debriefing sessions.
- Prepare, process, and update crewing-related records and transactions in COMPAS, SAP, ESKER, and Purchase Order (PO) systems.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of crewing records.
- Perform any other assigned administrative duties.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 years of proven experience in marine crew management and offshore vessel operations.
- Sound knowledge of international crewing regulations, including Flag State requirements, STCW Convention, ILO requirements, and MLC 2006.
