About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Senior Operator, Field to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role requires a strong commitment to safety regulations and maintaining an organized work environment, with a focus on operational excellence in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all established safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Understand and adhere to the organization's Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) policies.
• Follow all safety instructions pertinent to assigned job tasks.
• Report any damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machinery, or equipment to the relevant staff immediately.
• Ensure that all provided PPEs are kept in good, workable condition.
• Refrain from any horseplay or abuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
• Report any accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the responsible personnel.
• Attend all scheduled safety trainings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• A demonstrated understanding of safety protocols and operational procedures is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, requiring on-site presence in field operations. The role emphasizes a commitment to a safe and organized working environment.
